In April 2012 I started using a standing desk. I started doing this because I want to be healthier, live longer, and activate my brain.

I’d love to hear from you about your standing desk setup and any tips you have. Using a stand up desk isn’t always easy – I tend to sit about 15-20% of the time to get a good balance – and it keeps me focused, awake, and ready to write.
