About
About Greg Meyer
I work on product problems that get messy at the edges: unclear ownership, awkward workflows, and teams trying to ship through ambiguity. LinkedIn

How I think about the work
The patterns I usually come back to when the problem is bigger than the org chart says it is.
Clarity before activity
I usually start by figuring out what decision is actually stuck, who owns it, and what signal would make the next move obvious.
Systems before heroics
I am more interested in whether a team can repeat the work next month than whether we can brute-force a good week right now.
Adoption over novelty
New tools matter when they make real work easier to run, easier to trust, and easier for other people to pick up without a long explanation.
Where I am most useful
- Product strategy and prioritization under constraints.
- Cross-functional operating models for reliable execution.
- AI-enabled workflow design for operations-heavy teams.
What I keep writing about
- Customer journey ownership and service quality.
- Decision systems across product, finance, and operations.
- Practical AI adoption without operational noise.
Where I add value
A few public LinkedIn recommendations from friends and former colleagues.
“Greg is one of the best communicators I have met. He can get deep into the mind of the user while bearing technical requirements in mind, and he brings deep knowledge of GTM concepts, data strategy, data modeling, and data operations.”
“Greg’s creativity and curiosity are unmatched. He consistently shared constructive, actionable feedback, jumped in across domains, and helped drive projects forward that may otherwise never have come to fruition.”
“Greg provided more insights and value to our product development process than any other mentor. He has keen customer intuition, details use cases convincingly, and sends thoughtful feedback fast.”
