Skills

Product packaging, workflow design, AI-assisted media tooling

Why

Demo creation is usually slow, manual, and inconsistent across launch, sales, and onboarding workflows.

Status

Released desktop app, available at tryflowframe.com

Outcome

Repeatable local-first workflow for capture, narration, scoring, and export.

What Changed

FlowFrame moved from a structured-rendering concept into a real desktop product: step-based editing, cinematic capture, AI or recorded narration, Director scoring, and export to MP4, GIF, or interactive HTML. The app stays local-first, works without an AI key for core editing and export, and unlocks richer narration, scoring, and agent automation when users connect their own keys.

Why It Matters

Teams do not need another timeline-heavy video tool. They need a fast, repeatable way to ship release tours, onboarding demos, sales walkthroughs, and product explainers. FlowFrame compresses that workflow into one system and adds a differentiated agent layer through its MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.

What To Do Next

Deepen role-based workflows for product teams, sales engineers, and developers; keep sharpening the Director and reusable snippet system; and expand the agent-driven production path so more demo work can move from prompt to finished asset with minimal manual cleanup.
